｢中学生からの質問｣

三日坊主が治りません。

例えば、勉強計画を作ってたんですけど

3日で終わってしまいます。

何をやっても3日で終わってしまうんです。

何かいい方法を教えてください。

3日で終わっちゃうのは恵まれてるから。


勉強や練習はやらなくていいものなら

やりたくないよ誰でも。

中には好きだって人もいますけど、

大半の人はやりたくないんですよ。


でもやってる人いるじゃん。

そういう人はどういうふうに続けてるかといったら

いろんな人に感謝してるんだと思う。


今勉強をやってられる自分とか、

あと、親であったり、学校に行けてる自分とか。

いろんなことに感謝すると簡単には投げられない。


で、これ、当たり前だと思って、

恵まれてる事に気づいてないといくらでも投げられる。

当たり前だと思ってるから。


感謝して、これはみんなのおかげなんだと思うと

簡単には、飽きちゃっても投げられない。


学校に通えるのはなんのおかげかなと。

なぜ私はいつも食事ができるのだろうと。

なぜポケットにお金が入っているんだろう。

そこを、なぜ?なぜ?と、たくさん考えれば考えるほど

感謝できるような自分が育つ。
